• Email & phone HR questions as they come up (up to 6 hours/month)

• Award and Fair Work legislation update alerts relevant to your business

• Help drafting warnings, PIPs, and other people-management documents

• Quarterly compliance check against your Award and policies

Formal processes beyond your plan $250 per/hr

Attendance at meetings for formal processes (warnings, terminations)
