  • One-day culture assessment with expert insights on your culture, With a One hour follow up the following week to discuss implementation and any follow up questions.

  • Meeting with all positions of leadership and any other staff you feel is needed.

  • Personalised recommendations for a culture revamp, step-by-step plan discussed together and TCA workbook to reflect on and help implement changes.

  • Any supportive documentation you may need for issues discussed. (example: PIP or coaching strategies)

  • After the day if you would like the option of having me meet with you for 1 hour a week for following 4 weeks to help implement this, This option is available also.

    Outcome: Leaders leave sharper, stronger, and better equipped to lead with heart and results.
